ERP functional Consultants - HR, FI/CO, MM/SD
Responsibilities
- Responsible for supporting and delivering the ERP solution (either HR, FI/CO, or MM/SD modules) for users
- Analyze and understand systems processes and business requirements, and translate them to system design
- Configure/Customise the application to facilitate designated processes and transaction flow, including interface programs
- Create and execute design specification, documentation, testing and implementation in accordance to the company's project development methodology, change management and release processes
- Support and advises users in implementation of new systems, processes and enhancement
- Develop, maintain and deliver training and documentation to users
- Advise and assist users in data cleansing, migration, master data and transactional data set-up

Requirements
- Degree / Diploma in Computer Science or IT

- Must possess in-depth expertise and understanding of business and work processes in HR, Finance or Procurement

ERP HCM Consultant (Organisational Management, Profitability Analysis)
Responsibilities
- Involve in HCM; OM and PY modules implementation.
- Work with other ERP Functional Consultants to ensure a fully integrated enterprise system to meet the business needs within the stipulated timeframe and allocated budget.
- Responsible to conform and comply with the program standards, processes and ERP specific technical standards defined for the project.
- Responsible to solution and implement all the integration points and interfaces between various ERP system components, any selected 3rd party software and other applications/systems.
- Perform gap analysis between business requirements and ERP.
- Propose solution to fulfil the business requirements and recommend potential areas for streamlining.
- Recommend industry best practise to users to improve the business processes.
- Document the business process flow using the tool identified for the project and ensure compliance of the rules and requirements. Configure the ERP HCM for the proposed solution.
- Design and document the specification for program development and ensure the developed program meet the user requirements.
- Plan, identify, define and conduct System Integration Test and User Acceptance Test to ensure the proposed solution fulfil the business requirements.
- Collate information required for the authorization setup.
- Plan and define the data migration requirements as well as oversee the successful completion of the data migration activities to enable system implementation.
- Plan and prepare the training materials as well as to conduct the user training.
- Plan and perform the cutover for the modules assigned.

Requirements

ERP Netweaver Basis Architect
Responsibilities
- The candidate will support a variety of ERP functional environments working directly with the client and other IBM offshore staff to maintain and support the client's production and test/dev ERP landscapes.
- Technical skills would range from standard daily support of ERP environments (R/3, ECC, BW, BI, EP, XI/PI, CRM, SRM, etc). to troubleshooting system performance problems or potential system installations.
- Specific operating systems not required but experience in a variety of OS and database environments would be a plus (UNIX, Windows, etc. / Oracle, DB2 etc.).

Responsibilities
- The Business Intelligence (BI) consultant will be required to work in one or more phase during design, development and implementation of Business Objects BI and ERP NW BW and solutions including leading of sub modules.
- The BI consultant will work onsite or offshore with clients to understand and analyze the business requirements and design the business intelligence solution for the sub-module.
